Glaze Binder
It acts as a viscosity-regulating binder in glazes and engobes. It increases the abrasion resistance, gives the glaze a good fit, and prevents unrolling. The optimum addition is about 0.3% based on 100% dry weight. Allow to dry before use and stir well. If, in addition, a suspending agent is to be used, organic suspension fixes are recommended alternatively.

Glaze Settling Agent
An additive prevents the settling and demixing of glazes. Normally, the glaze adhesions on the body will be improved. Allows glazing on vertical surfaces without streaking. Prevents bead formation on the edges. Glazes, which are applied with suspension fix, are typically resistant to aging and do not tend to lower the viscosity. Addition up to 0.5% based on the dry weight of the glaze. Good results when brushing, spraying and dipping. In the processing of binder and suspension fix in glazes, which are kept longer in the liquid state, an addition of biocid 1152 is necessary with one exception.
